Terms of Service

Welcome to All About Moving Tampa Bay ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, including moving, packing, and other related offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide moving and packing services as outlined in your booking confirmation. The scope of services includes residential and commercial moves, packing assistance, and transportation of goods as agreed upon in the service agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

A. Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed once you receive written or verbal acknowledgment from our team.

When booking online, please understand your booking is not complete until you speak with a representative of All About Moving Tampa Bay, sign the estimate, and pay a $200 deposit. All bookings online must be made at least 7 days prior to the move. If you need to book sooner, please call the office directly at (727) 657-4077.

B. Payment Terms:

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • FULL payment is due upon completion of services.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or other options as agreed upon.

C. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

A. Accurate Information:

Customers must provide accurate details regarding the size, weight, and nature of items to be moved.

B. Packing:

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packed unless packing services are included in the agreement.

C. Accessibility:

Customers must ensure accessibility to the pick-up and drop-off locations (e.g., parking, elevators).

4. Liability and Limitations

A. Damages:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damages or items not properly packed by the customer.

  • Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

B. Loss:

We are not responsible for the loss of cash, jewelry, or other valuables unless disclosed and documented prior to the move.

C. Force Majeure:

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen incidents.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted for transport:

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable, toxic substances)

  • Illegal items

  • Perishable goods

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties, before resorting to litigation.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or providing notice to customers.

8.SMS Communications

Consent for SMS communication:

Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with 3rd parties. 

How to opt-in:

To opt-in to our message services, you must provide explicit consent by giving mobile number on the estimate form through our website.  

Types of SMS communication:

Customer and guests: Updates regarding your Estimates, scheduled move, or other relevant information

Job application: Information about your application status, onboarding materials, or other employment-related updates. 

How to opt-out:

You can opt out of receiving further messages at any time by replying to the word ‘’Stop’’. After opting out, you will no longer receive further messages unless you opt back in. 

Message frequency:

By opting in. you consent to receive recurring messages from us. The frequency of these messages may vary depending on the service you are subscribed to ( e.g., weekly, monthly, or as events or promotion arise.

Potential associated costs:

Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any charges incurred from receiving messages.
